Step 15 - Used the rectangular marquee tool make a square, adjust the size and fill in white color.

 Step 16 - Open the 'Library' picture and select all .After that , copy and paste into the white square that already select by the magic tool and adjust the size.

 Step 17 - Repeat the same step which is step 15.

 Step 18 - Repeat the step 16 but using the 'Graduation 1' picture.

 Step 19 - Repeat the same step which is step 15.

 Step 20 - Repeat the step 16 but using the 'FOM' picture.

 Step 21 - Repeat the same step which is step 15.

 Step 22 - Open the picture ('Graduation 2') , used the magic tool to select the part that needed. Then , drag into the white square that done in the step 21.

 Step 23 - Repeat the same step which is step 15.

 Step 24 - Open the picture ('FOM Building') , used the magic tool to select the part that needed. Then , drag into the white square that done in the step 23.

 Step 25 - The E-Wallpaper is done. and save it.
